Developed an Acquisition Strategy for an Asset and Technology Collaboration for an investment firm

The client, a 750 billion investment portfolio holding Middle East firm wanted to buy off an asset from one of the largest Switzerland-based firms in Energy meters and smart metering . The client wanted Intueri’s assistance with outright purchase and collaboration opportunities with the Switzerland-based firm, with a recurring revenue stream for them.
This project is currently ongoing and includes the following:

• Creating propositions for the partnership between the two companies and outlining the synergies and benefits
• Developing financials of the NPV and IRR that will be realised dur to the revenue sharing and royalty model
• Creating growth opportunities for both the firms and pitching the benefits of not just an outright sale but a collaboration to the selling firm
