Designed a Procurement Strategy- including diligence of a manufacturing unit for a large EPC company

The client won a contract from one of the state governments of India to replace and install 500,000 LED bulbs along its roads and highways. The Client approached us to help them acquire a leading LED-Bulb Supplier by way of purchase of 100% or less paid-up share capital of the organization from its existing shareholder, conduct due diligence on the organization and build a procurement strategy.
